WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 45 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Please keep the receipt or order number.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

At this time ThereYouGoGolf does not offer Gift Cards but please check back frequently for changes.

How We Do It

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders will ship within two business days of being placed. All products are subject to standard shipping charges. 


Products will not ship on holidays and deliveries will be subject to the carrier schedule.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once the shipping label has been created and an email address applied to the order.


International Shipping Policy

Currently ThereYouGoGolf only ships to the US, Canada, and Mexico. Shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on where the package is being shipped (prices vary depending on country). Tracking information will be emailed to you once the shipping label has been created and an email address applied to the order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ThereYouGoGolf is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Customers should consult the customs of their country. Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If there is a charge back to ThereYouGoGolf due to shipment being refused, return shipping or duties, will be the responsibility of the customer and it will be deducted from their credit.

Damages

ThereYouGoGolf is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
